- Pure Honey is incredibly effective at healing skin wounds, thanks to its natural antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, disinfectant, anti-fungal and antiviral properties, so much so that it's now used by some doctors in clinical environments. Honey is also a fantastic humectant, meaning it helps to retain moisture within the pores of the skin, creating a non-greasy, long lasting protective barrier. The Ancient Egyptians worshipped the Honeybee and used Honey in over 500 of their medicines!
- Sweet Almond oil has been used for centuries to soothe the skin and treat minor wounds and cuts, and in ancient Chinese medicine to treat skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis. Almond oil can improve complexion and skin tone. It’s highly emollient, which means it helps to balance the absorption of moisture and water loss. Because it is antibacterial and full of vitamin A, almond oil can be used to treat acne. Its concentration of vitamin E can also help to heal sun damage, reduce the signs of ageing, and fade scars.
- Beeswax is also an excellent natural humectant, actually attracting moisture to the skin and retaining it. Beeswax also creates a subtle, non greasy protective layer on the skin preventing further irritation.

Using clean hands massage a small amount of balm onto skin as required. A little goes a long way so use sparingly and this pot will last you up to 3 months...maybe more! Not for use around the delicate eye area. If product comes into contact with the eyes rinse thoroughly with warm water.

So, I'm a very critical person but gave this a go as it's so reasonably priced and OMG. I had a patch of eczema on my arm that would not go away. I tried all the creams from the GP, oatmeal, you. name it. I started using this balm on Tuesday (today is Saturday) and it's pretty much gone! I love the calming smell of lavender too and it's great knowing it's all natural. I'm a big fan.
I bought this to use between steroid cycles for my psoriasis and palmar plantosis and can honestly say it's a little tin of magic! It is the most soothing balm I have ever tried and gives my skin a well needed rest from harsh steroid treatments. Will defo be buying again and you have a new regular customer who will be reccomending far and wide!!!
This is known in our household as "the magic cream". It's absolutely amazing, I've had various patches of eczema flare up that even steroid creams wouldn't help and honestly within one use of this balm it calms right down and often within a couple of days is pretty much completey cleared up.
Great to help small wounds like scratches and insect bites heal quickly too.
This is truly magic in a tin and I wouldn't be without it x
