At the edge of the blend sits mugwort, used across generations in practices of dreaming and inner exploration, included here in a light touch to deepen the experience without overwhelming it.

Place 1 headed teaspoon of tea into a loose tea diffuser or herbal teapot. Pour over hot water and allow to brew for 5-10 minutes. 

Pour into your favourite mug, inhale the aroma and sip slowly.
