Deep Sleep Tea

• Chamomile is commonly regarded as a natural sleep aid and has been traditionally used for centuries to treat insomnia, anxiety and stress. Its calming effects may be attributed to an antioxidant called apigenin, which is found in abundance in chamomile tea. The potent part of the flower is the yellow head, which is where the magic is stored! We use the biggest and brightest Chamomile heads we can find in our tea ensuring you get the highest possible levels of relaxation.
• Lavender is highly valued for it's relaxing properties, from it's calming scent to it's medicinal oil this is one powerful little flower!
• Rooibos, Hibiscus and Rose Petals combine to add their delicious aromas and flavours.
• Valerian is a natural sedative used widely by Homeopaths and Holistic Therapists to treat insomnia and other sleep disorders.

Decant 1-2 tsps into a herbal teapot, re-useable teabag or diffuser and pour on boiling water. Brew for up to 10 minutes. Also delicious cooled in the fridge as a refreshing iced tea.
